We offer complimentary global shipping on all orders.

Processing times vary by piece:

• In-stock items ship within 3 to 4 business days
• Made-to-order pieces ship within 2 to 4 weeks
• Bespoke creations ship within 4 to 8 weeks

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

Duties and taxes are included where applicable. If additional customs requirements arise based on the destination, our team will notify you promptly.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our studio to your door.

Returns and Exchanges

At Cocoerow Fine Jewelry, each made-to-order and bespoke piece is crafted specifically for you. For this reason, all made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on in-stock, unworn items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by all tags, certificates, and documentation

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes resizing, engraving, embossing, or any form of customization.

We strongly encourage reviewing sizing, materials, and customization details prior to placing your order. If you need guidance, our team is available to assist before purchase to ensure confidence in your selection.
